Purchased this chair from the Wayfair (formerly CSN Stores) Amazon storefront. Identified as "used", the product arrived in the original box with original packing materials. Except for a couple of small scuffs on the underside of the chair base (which were not visible even when laying on the floor) the product gave every appearance of being brand new.The chair itself is quite large, well made, and reasonably easy to assemble--the only caveat being attaching the seat back to the seat bottom. Unless you have long legs, I would not recommend this chair for those under 6-feet tall (unless back and butt comfort trumps having your feet on the floor). At 5'8", my feet are 2-inches off the floor even with the chair at its lowest height. For me, it is a minor compromise to have a nice wide seat with plenty of back support.Speaking of back support, as a "task chair" this chair's only adjustment is height. It does not recline, offer lumbar support, etc. For those seeking accommodation for "full figures" this product is a Five-star beauty. Except for the included Allen wrench, no other tools were needed (although I did use a rubber mallet to seat the casters in their sockets).Assembly: Place the seat-back on a flat stable surface with the tongue facing up, from the side press the seat-bottom down into position and finger tighten the Allen bolts into place and then use the Allen wrench).
